问题详情页面，在正文下方、评论下方新增复制提示词的图标按钮。

对于正文，复制的提示词模版如下：

`Fast Ship` 平台有个问题需要解决：

<id>xxx</id>
<title>xxx</title>
<body>xxx</body>

对于评论，复制的提示词模版如下：

`Fast Ship` 平台有个问题需要解决：

<id>xxx</id>
<title>xxx</title>
<body>xxx</body>
<comment>xxx</comment>
<comment>xxx</comment>

复制评论的提示词需要包含当前评论之前的所有评论。
